What is your shipping & returns policy? A. To ensure the best possible tracking and delivery of your items we ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) for Monday through Friday delivery. Flat orders such as Barrettes and shoelaces, etc. we ship via regular mail. We use recycled packaging whenever possible so don’t be surprised if you receive a box with an odd product label. Our area has limited access to recycling services so we’re doing our part to cut down on unnecessary waste. Delivery time is 3-10 business days to most locations. If you purchased an acrylic item, please wipe down only the acrylic surface with a damp cloth. We suggest you use a microfiber cleaning cloth (we find the MysticMaid personal size cloth) works the best for this task. If you purchased a kimono material (exposed) item, please wipe the cloth gently with a damp cloth to remove any dust or surface debris.
