We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Kimono Kool for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
All of the products in the current season’s line are shown in our Online Store. If you can’t find something on the site, give us a call toll-free (US & Canada) 1.877.468.0888 during standard business hours.
If you find a product on the site, but the size/color you want is out of stock or not shown, call us at 1-877-468-0888 to find out if the item can be tracked down for you. We will do our best to locate the product for you. This service is free.
We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 7-10 days to arrive by standard ground shipping. If you have any questions about your order, please call us toll-free 1.877.468-0888 during standard business hours.
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 1.877.468.0888 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
